You can login to your account any time and change your subscription

• Head to: Login

• Enter your email address you subscribed with, click 'Continue'
• You will be sent a one-time password to your email
• Enter the code, click 'Login'

• Click on the subscription you would like to change 

• Click 'Edit Subscription'

• From here you can make the following changes to your subscription:
  • Change to a different package 
  • If you choose or already have the Custom package you can also 
    • Change the amount (by changing the quantity) 
    • Change the frequency (monthly or yearly)

Changing to a different subscription package

• Click 'CHANGE'

• Click on the dropdown and pick your preferred alternative plan

• Click 'Update' 

• Changes to your package take place immediately, but you will not be charged anything until the next billing date. 
  
• Click 'Update Subscription'

Changing the amount (Custom package)

• Click on the quantity field and increase or decrease accordingly. You can type the desired quantity in the field if you want to increase the quantity beyond 10. 

• Changes to your package take place immediately, but you will not be charged anything until the next billing date.
• Click 'Update Subscription'

Changing the frequency (Custom package)

• Click 'CHANGE'

• Choose your desired frequency (yearly or monthly). 
• You will be charged the full amount immediately and your billing will change to the new frequency.
  • If you have moved to yearly, your next charge date will be one year from today. 
  • If you have moved to monthly, your next charge date will be one month from today.
• Click 'Update'

• Note: the quantity will default back to 1 so if you want to pay more than £5 you will need to increase the quantity accordingly, you can do this via the dropdown or by typing in the desired quantity if you wish to pay more than £50. 
• Click 'Update Subscription'
